Nkazimulo Paperworks was established in 2020 as a consulting firm that specialises in registration and compliance services for companies. Our goal is to ensure that small businesses are afforded the opportunity to register and formalise their businesses at the lowest possible cost while also receiving a professional and an efficient service. We also offer Employment Services, Vehicle Licensing Services (only available in KZN), Educational Services, Legal Services
We register businesses with the Companies Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC). Businesses can either register as Private Limited Companies which are referred to as (Pty)Ltd, Non-profit Companies, Personal Liability Companies (INC) or Primary Co-operative Companies. We also register businesses with the South African Revenue Services, Unemployment Insurance Fund and The Compensation Fund.
We also assist already registered businesses to submit Annual Returns with CIPC, Tax Returns with SARS, Returns of Earnings with Compensation Fund and any other related regulation body. We also revive businesses which have been inactive for years by
submitting all outstanding returns and ensuring that all debts are cleared too.

We assist businesses in changing of company names, physical addresses, removing and adding of directors and even closing down of businesses.
